Union Plaza, built in 1895 and once the home of Duddy Tire Warehouse, was constructed in a time when things were built to withstand the test of time. When the building was remodeled for its current purpose as an office building in 1984, the integrity of the structure was maintained. This is apparent in the massive exposed beams and limestone blocks that are visible throughout the building.
Its location close to the Burlington Northern tracks made it a natural choice for warehousing. These same tracks now provide easy access to Northern suburbs via the Northstar Commuter Rail, and the station at Target Field which connects to the airport and Mall of America and downtown St. Paul and points in between.
Union Plaza holds a distinct place in the real estate market, bridging the gap between city and suburbs, old world charm and modern day comfort and convenience, all at an affordable price. We offer unparalleled access to freeways, parking and transit, restaurants, Target Center events, and Target Field.
